Onsite Support Technician – Bucharest

Location: Onsite • Experience: 2+ years

You’ll provide day-to-day technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues and keep operations smooth. You are the first friendly face when technology misbehaves.

Responsibilities

  • Support for PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices
  • Install and maintain OS and common apps
  • Handle LAN/Wi-Fi issues and small fixes
  • Document incidents in a ticketing system
  • Inventory and lifecycle management of IT equipment
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers

Requirements

  • 2+ years in IT support
  • Solid Windows knowledge and basic networking
